The December edition of the Health and Care Integration stakeholder bulletin focuses on the targets set for delayed transfers of care and an update from the new Children and Families Partnership on their work to oversee the delivery of the priorities for Children and Young People in Leicestershire’s Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy.
