April’s Health and Care Integration bulletin now available

The April edition of the Leicestershire Health and Care Integration bulletin focuses on the success of the Lightbulb integrated housing support service at the Local Government Chronicle (LGC) Awards in March.

There is also an update on the work being done by partners on delayed transfers of care plus information on the decision to close the Integrated Points of Access (IPOA) programme and the Steady Steps 24-week postural stability exercise programme available across Leicestershire and Rutland.
